Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and seasonal peaks

  • Utilize digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
  • Manage bakery area performance including waste control and preparation for seasonal events
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
  • Foster a supportive and respectful team environment while upholding company policies and ethics
