Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions
- Manage bakery area performance including waste control and preparation for seasonal events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Foster a supportive and respectful team environment while upholding company policies and ethics
