Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Willingness to successfully complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and work with decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve production decisions
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Model high-quality service and products
- Train and develop associates while fostering a respectful, supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
