Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in cake decorating highly desirable
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with bakery production processes and tools
  • Competency in using digital tools and handheld technology
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to provide excellent customer service
  • Plans bakery production ensuring quality and consistency in decorative designs
  • Adheres to food safety, sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
  • Operates, maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
  • Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and ordering
  • Prepares for seasonal bakery events and manages inventory to reduce waste
  • Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
