Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cake decorating highly desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with bakery production processes and tools
- Competency in using digital tools and handheld technology
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Plans bakery production ensuring quality and consistency in decorative designs
- Adheres to food safety, sanitation and cold chain compliance standards
- Operates, maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and ordering
- Prepares for seasonal bakery events and manages inventory to reduce waste
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
