Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring consistent quality and design accuracy
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment while adhering to food safety standards
- utilizes digital tools and handheld technology for production and merchandise ordering
- drives bakery performance by maintaining quality and controlling waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- supports training and development of associates fostering a respectful and supportive team environment
