Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorative tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology for production and merchandising decisions
- Drive bakery performance focusing on quality, waste control, and member satisfaction
- Prepare for seasonal bakery volume increases and special events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Model high-quality service and act as a brand ambassador
- Train, develop, and inspire associates fostering a team-oriented culture
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- Execute work assignments prioritizing business needs and continuous improvement
