Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent member service
  • Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
  • Decorate bakery items using tools like bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
  • Leverage digital tools and handheld technology for inventory management and production decisions
  • Control waste and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
