Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent member service
- Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorate bakery items using tools like bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology for inventory management and production decisions
- Control waste and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
