Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments
- Commitment to follow company policies and ethics
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery items
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bakery or food production recommended
- Familiarity with cake decorating tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates and provide customer service
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment adhering to food safety standards
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and training
- Manage inventory control including stock levels and shrinkage prevention
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Prepare bakery items for special events and seasonal demands
