Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorations
- Follow recipe measurements and instructions for bakery items
- Use decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Maintain food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance
- Manage inventory and control shrinkage
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Prepare seasonal bakery items and manage volume changes
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Train develop and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies and ethics standards
- Identify priorities deadlines and communicate progress
- Foster a culture of respect integrity and excellence
