Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorations
  • Follow recipe measurements and instructions for bakery items
  • Use decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
  • Maintain food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance
  • Manage inventory and control shrinkage
  • Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
  • Prepare seasonal bakery items and manage volume changes
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
  • Train develop and mentor associates
  • Comply with company policies and ethics standards
  • Identify priorities deadlines and communicate progress
  • Foster a culture of respect integrity and excellence
