Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Physical capability to perform bakery tasks
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to operate bakery decorating tools and equipment
- Knowledge of bakery safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience or interest in cake decorating preferred
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- Create decorative designs on bakery items using various tools
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment and manage inventory
- Utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, and training
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve member issues
- Prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes and eliminate waste
- Act as a brand ambassador promoting respect and team collaboration
- Comply with company policies and ethical standards
