- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support bakery operations
- Educate associates on bakery tools, tasks, and resources
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to manage production, ordering, and training
- Drive bakery performance by controlling waste and managing date standards
- Prepare bakery for seasonal events and volume changes
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Promote high quality service and product standards
- Train, develop, and mentor bakery associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
