Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all required training and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs
- Compliance with company policies and ethical standards

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Competency in operating bakery equipment
- Comfort using digital tools for business tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe instructions and operate bakery equipment maintaining sanitation and food safety standards
- Use digital tools to make business decisions on production and merchandise ordering
- Maintain inventory levels, control shrinkage, and prepare for seasonal bakery events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Model high-quality service, train and support associates, and uphold company policies and ethics
