- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology to assist with production and merchandise decisions
- Drive bakery performance by controlling waste and preparing for seasonal demand
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their issues
