- plan bakery production ensuring quality and recipe accuracy
- decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles
- maintain food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- manage inventory and control shrinkage
- utilize digital tools to enhance production and sales
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume and assist members with purchases
