Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on bakery tools and resources
  • Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize digital tools to manage production and merchandise ordering
  • Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality and minimizing waste
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by providing high-quality service and supporting team development
