Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on bakery tools and resources
- Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to manage production and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality and minimizing waste
- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing high-quality service and supporting team development
