- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain in-stock levels and control product shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accurate decorative designs
- Follow recipe and measurement instructions precisely
- Use cake decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering on products
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld digital technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, and training
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality and eliminating waste
- Prepare for seasonal events affecting bakery volume
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Act as a talent ambassador by mentoring and supporting fellow associates
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- Complete assigned work by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers
- Foster a workplace culture that respects individual differences and promotes inclusivity
- Build strong team relationships and communicate with motivation and positivity
