Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a fresh production area
- demonstrated ability in cake decorating preferred
- knowledge of bakery equipment and product safety standards
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
- commitment to health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurements and use decorating bags and nozzles
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools for sales and merchandise ordering
- drive bakery performance including quality and date control
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume events
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- model high-quality service and brand values
- train, develop, and mentor associates
- comply with company policies and integrity standards
- complete work assignments using resources and collaborate with business partners
- embrace diversity and create a culture of belonging
- build strong team relationships and communicate effectively
- maintain high standards of integrity and ethics
- deliver results putting customers first
- support continuous improvement and use new technologies
