Job Duties

- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accurate decorative designs
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology for production and merchandise decisions
- Manage inventory and control shrinkage
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
