Job Requirements

- six months experience in fresh production area
- successful completion of all job required training and assessments
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months experience in fresh production area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong communication and customer service skills
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- basic knowledge of inventory management
- proficiency with digital tools and technology
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- follow recipe and measurement instructions to plan and produce bakery decorations
- ensure food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and inventory controls are maintained
- operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- utilize digital tools and hand held technology for production and merchandise ordering
- manage bakery area performance including quality control, waste elimination, and preparation for seasonal events
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their issues
- promote a positive team-oriented work environment by mentoring and supporting associates
- comply with company policies and ethics standards in executing business activities
