Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with company drug-free workplace policy
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and sanitation protocols
  • Basic math and measurement skills for recipe adherence

  • Six months' experience in a fresh production area
  • Cake decorating skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
  • Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
  • Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
  • Follows food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory control
  • Utilizes digital tools for sales, ordering, and training purposes
  • Drives bakery performance by managing quality, waste, and seasonal preparations
  • Acts as a brand ambassador by delivering excellent service and assisting members with purchasing decisions
