- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Basic math and measurement skills for recipe adherence

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Follows food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory control
- Utilizes digital tools for sales, ordering, and training purposes
- Drives bakery performance by managing quality, waste, and seasonal preparations
- Acts as a brand ambassador by delivering excellent service and assisting members with purchasing decisions
