Job Duties
- Be a team member collaborating with cross functional teams and educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Be an expert planning bakery productions and ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs, following recipe instructions, and ensuring food safety standards
- Be a techie leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience, using handheld technology for business decisions
- Be an owner driving bakery performance, controlling waste, preparing for seasonal events, and resolving member issues
- Be a talent ambassador valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, interacting and training associates
- Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and adapting to change
