Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and training
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control, waste reduction, and seasonal preparation
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing high quality service and mentoring associates
