Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
  • Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with company drug free workplace policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
  • Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
  • Utilize digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and training
  • Drive bakery area performance including quality control, waste reduction, and seasonal preparation
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing high quality service and mentoring associates
