Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months' experience in fresh production area
- ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods if hired
- willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace rules

- knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- ability to use bakery decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- adaptability to new technologies and business processes
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurements and utilize decorating tools to create flowers and lettering on bakery items
- adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to manage production, ordering, and quality control
- prepare bakery for seasonal events and special occasions
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- model high quality service and train associates
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
