Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Willingness to comply with company policies and drug-free workplace rules
Job Qualifications

- Experience in bakery production or cake decorating preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
- Communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- Plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve production and merchandise ordering
- Drives bakery area performance ensuring quality and date control standards
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
