Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
  • Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and inventory management
  • Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment ensuring cold chain compliance
  • Utilize handheld technology for production and merchandise decisions
  • Drive bakery performance by controlling waste preparing for seasonal events and resolving member concerns
