Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and adherence to recipes
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Manage inventory while controlling shrinkage and maintaining instock levels
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Prepare bakery for seasonal volume changes and special events
