- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete job required trainings and assessments successfully
- Willingness to work in a team environment

- Availability to work varying shifts and peak bakery seasons

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and instructions when decorating bakery items
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Manage inventory and control waste
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- Prepare for seasonal bakery events and volume changes
- Promote respectful, supportive and team-oriented work environment
- Train, develop, influence and inspire associates
- Comply with company policies, ethics and integrity standards
- Communicate progress and recommend improvements
- Embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
