Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures including drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months experience in fresh production or bakery decorating
- Familiarity with bakery decorating tools and techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- Use a variety of decorating tools to create designs on bakery items
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools for production and merchandise ordering decisions
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
