Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required training and assessments
- willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- compliance with company drug free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or fresh production environment
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools
- strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- plan bakery production ensuring consistency quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurements and utilize decorating tools
- adhere to food safety sanitation and cold chain compliance guidelines
- operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and enhance shopping experience
- manage inventory and prepare for seasonal bakery events
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- promote a positive and inclusive team environment
- support company policies and ethical standards
