Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like piping bags and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to make business decisions related to production and ordering
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
