  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with digital tools for inventory and production management

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like piping bags and nozzles
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Use digital tools to make business decisions related to production and ordering
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
