Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on bakery tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to recipe measurements
- Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative designs
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment properly
- Utilize digital tools to manage production data, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues while driving bakery performance
