Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Leverage digital tools for sales and associate engagement
  • Drive bakery area performance, control waste, and prepare for seasonal events
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
  • Model high quality service and nurture a supportive team environment
  • Comply with company policies and uphold ethical standards
