- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

- Physical ability to perform bakery duties including standing and lifting

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe instructions and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools for sales and associate engagement
- Drive bakery area performance, control waste, and prepare for seasonal events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Model high quality service and nurture a supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies and uphold ethical standards
