Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum six months' experience in fresh production area
- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform bakery duties which may include standing for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of experience in a fresh production area
- experience in cake decorating preferred
- customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of bakery production processes
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- proficiency using digital tools or technology for operational tasks
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver excellent member service
- educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain requirements
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- serve as a brand ambassador by providing high-quality service and supporting team development
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- complete work assignments efficiently and communicate progress
- foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture
- uphold integrity and accountability in all actions
- make informed decisions balancing short and long-term priorities
- drive continuous improvement and embrace new technologies
