- Educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Drives bakery performance by managing quality, waste, and seasonal event preparations
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Models high-quality service and fosters a respectful, team-oriented work environment
- Complies with company policies and upholds standards of ethics and integrity
