- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurements and works with various decorating tools to create bakery designs
- ensures adherence to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- assists members with purchases and resolves member concerns
- prepares bakery area for seasonal events and controls food waste
- models high-quality service and supports team development
- complies with company policies and maintains standards of ethics and integrity
