- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support bakery operations
- Educate and assist associates on tools, tasks, and customer service practices
- Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment while following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize digital tools for production, merchandise ordering, and quality control
- Drive bakery performance by managing inventory, quality, and waste control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
