- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time

- physical ability to perform bakery related tasks
- availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- drive bakery area performance including waste elimination and date control
- prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- act as a brand ambassador promoting high quality service and products
- mentor and develop associates fostering a respectful and team oriented environment
- comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating and communicating effectively
