Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- ability to work varied schedules including seasonal demands
- physical ability to perform bakery production tasks
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- basic math skills to follow recipes and measurements

- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for customer service
- maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage
- plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs
- follows recipe and measurement instructions accurately
- decorates bakery items using various tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- operates, maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training and product quality
- drives bakery performance by controlling quality and eliminating waste
- prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
- acts as a brand ambassador and role model for high quality service and product standards
- complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- completes tasks by collaborating with managers and coworkers and using available resources
- embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging
