Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in bakery fresh production area
  • Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Commitment to comply with company policies and standards of ethics
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months experience in fresh production or bakery area
  • Basic knowledge of cake decorating techniques
  • Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
  • Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Operates and sanitizes bakery equipment maintaining food safety standards
  • Uses digital tools to manage inventory merchandise ordering and production decisions
  • Drives performance ensuring quality date control and waste elimination
  • Prepares bakery for seasonal events and assists members with purchasing decisions
  • Models high quality service and products and supports team development
