Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery fresh production area
- Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to comply with company policies and standards of ethics
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in fresh production or bakery area
- Basic knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Operates and sanitizes bakery equipment maintaining food safety standards
- Uses digital tools to manage inventory merchandise ordering and production decisions
- Drives performance ensuring quality date control and waste elimination
- Prepares bakery for seasonal events and assists members with purchasing decisions
- Models high quality service and products and supports team development
