Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy
- Decorate bakery items using various tools such as decorating bags tips and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
