- Follows recipe measurements and uses decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards sanitation and inventory management
- Operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Uses digital tools for production decisions merchandise ordering and product quality
- Interacts with members assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- Supports training and development of associates fostering a respectful team environment
- Complies with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- Manages bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
