  • Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Plans bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follows recipe measurements and uses decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
  • Ensures compliance with food safety standards sanitation and inventory management
  • Operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
  • Uses digital tools for production decisions merchandise ordering and product quality
  • Interacts with members assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
  • Supports training and development of associates fostering a respectful team environment
  • Complies with company policies procedures and ethical standards
  • Manages bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
