Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Availability to prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Compliance with company policies and standards
  • Physical ability to operate and sanitize bakery equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
  • Maintain food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
  • Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Use handheld technology for production merchandise ordering training and product quality decisions
  • Drive bakery performance by controlling quality waste and preparing for seasonal events
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
  • Model high quality service and products while mentoring and developing team members
  • Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards
  • Complete work assignments using data resources and collaborate with managers coworkers and customers
  • Embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
  • Communicate positively to motivate and influence team members
  • Promote integrity ethics and accountability
