Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use various decorating tools
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales, production, and training
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality and waste, preparing for seasonal events, and assisting members with purchasing decisions
