Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to successfully complete required job trainings and assessments
- Willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Physical ability to perform bakery duties including standing for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Knowledge or experience in cake decorating preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use digital tools and technology for production and sales
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Maintain food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Prepare for seasonal bakery events and manage inventory effectively
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Act as a brand ambassador promoting high-quality service and products
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment
- Maintain integrity, accountability, and model company values
- Deliver customer-focused results balancing short- and long-term priorities
