  • Follow recipe measurements and sanitize equipment
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and cold chain compliance
  • Utilize digital tools for production decisions and merchandise ordering
  • Drive bakery area performance, quality, and date control standards
  • Prepare for seasonal events and manage waste
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
  • Model high quality service and products
  • Train, develop, and mentor bakery associates
  • Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards
  • Complete work assignments prioritizing deadlines and communicate progress
