- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and sanitize equipment
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and cold chain compliance
- Utilize digital tools for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery area performance, quality, and date control standards
- Prepare for seasonal events and manage waste
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Model high quality service and products
- Train, develop, and mentor bakery associates
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards
- Complete work assignments prioritizing deadlines and communicate progress
