Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions to ensure consistency and quality of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use various decorating techniques
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Manage bakery performance, including waste elimination and quality control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Model high-quality service and support associate development
- Comply with company policies and ethical standards
- Complete assignments using data and resources, adapting to change
