Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and safety standards
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment maintaining cold chain compliance
- Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience
- Drive bakery performance including inventory control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
