Job Duties
- Develops, communicates and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
- Demonstrates, promotes and supports compliance with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- Leads and participates in teams to coordinate and execute work assignments
- Supervises the team within the cafe by managing members' needs to deliver on the business plan
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of business operations related to the cafe area
- Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Drives business results by ensuring operational excellence and appropriate staffing levels
- Teaches and trains team members to develop necessary skills and encourage career growth
