Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production or six months supervising a team
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Must comply with company policies including drug-free workplace standards
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Supervising a team
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to ethical standards and company values
Job Duties
- Develops, communicates and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
- Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners
- Demonstrates, promotes and supports compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Leads and participates in teams to coordinate and execute work assignments
- Supervises the cafe team by managing members' needs and delivering on the business plan
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance standards
- Leverages digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience and elevate team engagement
- Drives business results by ensuring operational excellence, profitability, staffing, and audit compliance
- Teaches and trains the team, identifies training needs, provides skills development and encourages career growth
