Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in fresh production or six months supervising a team
  • Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Must comply with company policies including drug-free workplace standards
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months experience in fresh production or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Supervising a team
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to ethical standards and company values

Job Duties

  • Develops, communicates and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners
  • Demonstrates, promotes and supports compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Leads and participates in teams to coordinate and execute work assignments
  • Supervises the cafe team by managing members' needs and delivering on the business plan
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance standards
  • Leverages digital tools to plan sales, improve shopping experience and elevate team engagement
  • Drives business results by ensuring operational excellence, profitability, staffing, and audit compliance
  • Teaches and trains the team, identifies training needs, provides skills development and encourages career growth
