Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
  • Ability to comply with company policies and ethical standards
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Supervising a team preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology
  • Commitment to high ethical standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies and standards of ethics
  • Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources and coordinating work assignments
  • Supervises the cafe team to deliver business plan goals
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations for quality and compliance
  • Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve engagement
  • Drives business results and ensures operational excellence including safety and staffing
  • Teaches and trains team members, identifying training needs and encouraging career growth
  • Uses customer feedback to improve service and satisfaction
  • Plans work based on business priorities and oversees task completion
  • Communicates clearly and professionally to build trust and promote commitment
  • Adapts to changing business needs and supports change initiatives
  • Makes informed decisions using company policies and data
  • Ensures work is executed on time and meets expectations
  • Guides associates on ethical standards and compliance
  • Provides clear feedback and recognizes associate contributions
