- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete required training and assessments within a prescribed time period

- Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred experience in bakery production including decorating
- Preferred supervisory experience
- Preferred food handler certification
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to deliver on the business plan and overall club success
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs
- Ensures compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Trains and develops team members on products, recipes, and production processes
- Utilizes digital tools to plan sales and improve associate engagement
- Maintains operational excellence including inventory, merchandising, and staffing
- Promotes a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
