Job Requirements

  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to successfully complete required training and assessments within a prescribed time period

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team
  • Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred experience in bakery production including decorating
  • Preferred supervisory experience
  • Preferred food handler certification

Job Duties

  • Supervises the bakery team to deliver on the business plan and overall club success
  • Communicates department goals and executes company programs
  • Ensures compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Trains and develops team members on products, recipes, and production processes
  • Utilizes digital tools to plan sales and improve associate engagement
  • Maintains operational excellence including inventory, merchandising, and staffing
  • Promotes a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
